What are the expected outcomes?

Customized treatment is performed at your comfort level throughout the session with relaxing music, accompanied by natural essential oil.

Experience the total relaxation during and after our wellness session.

What is Acupuncture/Acupressure?
Is it painful?

Acupuncture is a form of medical procedure using fine needles to relieve pain, promote circulation and balance the mind & body. Acupressure uses the same energy pathways as acupuncture but utilizes hand pressure to stimulate the points or areas instead of needles. Both Acupuncture and Acupressure have been practiced for thousands of years and proved to be safe and effective for many conditions and diseases.
Most people are surprised that acupuncture is not painful at all. Very fine hair-thin needles are inserted and patients often fall asleep and are in deep relaxation on the table.
Your comfort is very important and respected, so in any case of discomfort or nervousness, other Meridian therapy like Cupping Therapy or Acupressure is performed instead, which will still bring the similar therapeutic effects.

What is Chinese Herbal Medicine?

Chinese Herbal Medicine (CHM) is part of a larger healing system called Traditional Chinese Medicine. Herbs are prescribed to restore energy balances and have been used for thousands of years in Asia. There are numerous studies that prove the safety and effectiveness of CHM, but you have to get a proper evaluation from a qualified practitioner since it is very powerful. The difference between Western and CHM treatment is that herbalists don't just treat symptoms. We treat entire human beings, including the root of the problems.
At our clinic, CHM comes in the form of Tea, Tincture, Pills, Syrup and 100% customized formula prescribed and prepared for you. Our specialties include:
Allergies, Anxiety, Depression, Autoimmune disorders, Cancer treatment support, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Digestion issues, Infertility, Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Insomnia, Menopause, PMS, PTSD, Weight Control and Stress Management.

How many sessions do I need?
How long do I need to take Chinese Herbal Medicine for?

The frequency and number of treatment depend on your conditions - how long, how severe/intense, etc. Many conditions respond faster to frequent treatments, while other patients only need to come in once or twice a month. Once your condition is stabilized, you won't need to come in as frequently. When you come in for your first treatment, we will discuss a specific treatment plan for you. The goal is to start a healing journey that is holistic, preventative & sustainable.
Unlike most supplements or certain medications, we don't expect you to take Chinese Herbal Medicine for everyday or longterm. Once you reach the balanced state - free of discomforts or imbalance - or feel healthier, we may adjust, reduce or stop dispensing any herbs. Diet and lifestyle recommendations may follow to support your optimal health goals.
